⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely one of the best tonkotsu ramen experiences I’ve had. The broth was rich, creamy, and packed with deep pork flavor without being overly heavy, and the noodles had the perfect texture. You can tell a lot of care goes into every bowl. A special shout-out to Haruki, who always made the experience even better. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. Great food is important, but exceptional service is what makes you want to come back—and Haruki absolutely delivered. If you’re looking for authentic, delicious tonkotsu ramen with outstanding hospitality, this is the place to visit. I’ll definitely be back!

This ramen is amazing and super different because it is fukuoka style ramen. I love it because it remind me of home because they give you a pencil and paper to select and customize your ramen based on broth oil level, noddle firmness, and spice level. I got the sesame salt ramen with egg on top while my girlfriend got the curry ramen with 4 tofu slices. They always have seasonal ramen items so I will definitely be coming back. They have a clean bathroom, friendly staff who are very readily available and also love the branding because they also share the history behind the brand and style of ramen.

This used to be my favorite ramen restaurant, I've even visited the original location in Japan. However, I can't get over that it's been over a year of getting their 'C' grade rating for improperly stored food and evidence of mice in the restaurant. It's incredibly disappointing that they have not been able to make the appropriate changes in the past year to mitigate these issues and get a higher letter grade. I will be so happy to come back once they improve their hygiene, but until then I'll be eating elsewhere.
